Requirements

Proven experience in a producer role within a brokerage setting, or as an Account Manager with a strong sales background.
Familiarity with commercial lines insurance, particularly in managing contractor accounts.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Proficiency in using insurance software, with experience in Zywave being a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to delivering results.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
Quote new and renewal business, leveraging industry expertise to provide tailored solutions.
