About The Position

Job Summary Seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a book of business from the ground up, focusing on small to mid-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service, a passion for prospecting and relationship building, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment. Compensation Package Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 during the validation period, with the potential to transition to a 100% commission-based structure upon achieving validation goals. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with EPIC and Agency Zoom software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and grow a book of business from the ground up.
Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling and other innovative methods.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Attend local client meetings as needed (minimal travel required).
