Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role in commercial lines insurance
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and risk management practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a competitive sales environment
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Responsibilities

• Prospect and communicate with potential clients to understand their insurance needs
• Prepare and present proposals that effectively convey the value of insurance products and services
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
