About The Position

As a Commercial Lines Processor, you will ensure the precision of policies and endorsements for commercial accounts through thorough verification. Methodically process received client information to maintain up-to-date and accurate client files. Collaborate with the Account Executive to deliver support in the servicing of client accounts.

  • Proficiency in utilizing a desktop or laptop computer, calculator, agency management system, and all Microsoft products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Review and efficiently process new and renewal policies by entering information into EPIC.
  • Review and process endorsements received from various carriers, ensuring change requests are entered in EPIC.
  • Request changes from carriers for any incorrect endorsements.
  • Send a second request to carriers for change requests not processed by the follow-up date.
  • Receive and accurately process all daily mail by updating EPIC in a timely manner, following official agency workflows.
  • Demonstrate teamwork when collaborating with Account Executives and other agency employees.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and classes within the Commercial Lines department as requested by management or required for maintaining State of Colorado licensing and designations.
  • Prepare and send insured letters associated with processed documents.
  • Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
