Remote Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Pyron Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and serve a portfolio of business clients. This role involves working closely with clients, Commercial Risk Advisors, and carrier partners to ensure businesses remain protected, informed, and well-supported throughout the life of their insurance programs. Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Client service, account management, or insurance experience preferred
- Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support
- A collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to serving others
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests
- Support renewal planning and remarketing efforts when appropriate
- Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims coordination
- Work closely with Commercial Risk Advisors and carrier partners to provide insurance solutions
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen client protection and support account growth
