About The Position
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a close-knit, family-oriented insurance agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values long-term stability, and thrives in a client-focused role. Commercial insurance is the core of the agency’s business, representing the majority of its portfolio, and this role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining strong client relationships. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, helping them with day-to-day service needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in an office-based, team-oriented setting
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines preferred
Responsibilities
- Serving as the main contact for policyholders
- Responding to client questions and service requests
- Assisting clients with coverage options and policy changes
- Managing renewals and endorsements
- Maintaining accurate client records in agency systems
- Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures
