About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Client Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in trucking/transportation insurance who thrives in a collaborative and flexible work environment. You will be responsible for managing a book of business, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth of the agency through cross-selling and outbound production efforts.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
3-5 years of specialized experience in trucking/transportation insurance within an agency setting.
Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
Strong sales and cross-selling abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
Team player, collaborative, proactive, and client-focused.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with $5.5 million in premium and 550-600 policies, primarily focused on trucking/transportation accounts with less than 10 fleets.
Handle both new and renewal business, with an 80/20 split in favor of renewals.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high retention rates.
Actively cross-sell and engage in outbound production to grow the agency’s portfolio.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
