About The Position
VTC Insurance Group is seeking a detail-oriented Agency Services Representative (ASR) to support our Large Commercial Lines team in Troy. This opportunity is ideal for someone with junior-level insurance experience (ie: CSR), preferably in Commercial Lines, OR someone coming from Personal Lines who is looking to grow into a Commercial Lines Account Manager career path. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to Account Managers and help keep client service work moving efficiently and accurately. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed processing work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in Commercial Lines.
Requirements
- Junior-level insurance experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency required (MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
Nice To Haves
- Commercial Lines experience is a plus
- Personal Lines experience with interest in moving into Commercial Lines will be considered!
- AMS360 experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day service needs and administrative processing
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and audits
- Handle certificates and proof of insurance requests
- Assist with invoicing and policy review
- Help maintain accuracy, organization, and follow-through across service tasks
