Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience, with a background in insurance preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or a strong willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or insurance agency management systems such as AMS360 / Applied Epic
Responsibilities
- The main contact for clients, providing timely and helpful support for all inquiries.
- Handle essential administrative duties, including document management and data processing, with high attention to detail.
- Ensure the accuracy of client records and policy information in our agency management system.
- Assist with important agency processes, such as application entry and renewal management.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service to all clients.
