Requirements

• Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 days
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office computer applications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Review all policies and policy changes received from insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness, requesting corrections as needed.
• Advise senior staff members of any potential problems or discrepancies.
• Request and process policy alterations with insurance carriers to fulfill client change requests.
• Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients.
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage as requested by customers.
• Follow up on billing notices and non-payments received from Account Managers.
• Work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients.
• Assist Account Managers in preparation of account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity.
• Take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
