Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
- Proficiency in Epic software is highly preferred.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools and systems.
- Strong organizational skills
- Driven and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice To Haves
- Personal lines experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end servicing of middle to large market commercial lines accounts in collaboration with producers.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
- Utilize the Epic software system to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
- Handle personal lines accounts as required, though the primary focus will be on commercial lines.
- Maintain organized and efficient workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
