What We Offer: Annual salary ranging from $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience Generous paid time off and paid holidays A full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan The Preferred Qualifications: Proven CL Account Management: A minimum of 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience servicing a diverse book of business Certification: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license Industry Experience: Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products, market trends, carrier ratings, and underwriting procedures, ready to consult and advise clients Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with insurance agency management systems (such as AMS360, EPIC, or TAM preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant industry software The Key Responsibilities: Providing proactive client support, assisting with new business acquisition, policy renewals, and efficiently processing policy changes and endorsements for existing accounts. Thoroughly reviewing commercial insurance policies and accurately processing all related transactions. Updating and maintaining client and company files and databases to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry regulations.
