About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves leading client service for middle and large accounts, collaborating with senior colleagues on strategy design, and managing renewal processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in analyzing guaranteed cost program designs and coverage forms.
Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex situations.
Proficiency in Excel and self-serve portals, with the ability to train clients on their use.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive service plans for clients.
Prepare for and actively participate in strategy and proposal meetings.
Conduct exposure reviews, perform gap analyses, and provide coverage recommendations.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure efficient placement processes for mid-market accounts.
Oversee confirmation of coverage, policy issuance, endorsements, and audits.
Participate in post-renewal and stewardship planning meetings for large clients.
Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Summarize loss history, current programs, and expiring exposures.
Draft finance contracts and create premium billing allocations.
Review carrier invoices and coordinate policy checks and audits.
