About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Senior CL Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with one of the top Commercial Lines Producers in the agency, providing significant financial and career growth potential. The organization combines the resources of a large, bank-owned agency with the culture and agility of a smaller firm, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse book of business, focusing on small to middle-market accounts, with a specialization in Habitational and HOA/Condo industries. This is a hybrid role, with mandatory in-office presence on Wednesdays.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Lines Account Management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years and middle-market account experience preferred.
  • Designations such as CIS, ACSR, or CISR are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business from A-Z, ensuring exceptional client service and retention.
  • Quote and handle new and renewal business for small and middle-market accounts.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Account Managers (AAMs) for backend administrative support.
  • Provide expertise in Habitational and HOA/Condo accounts, while managing a generalist book of business.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management (preferred but not required).
  • Support the Producer in achieving financial and operational goals.
