About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager specializing in Business Insurance to join a team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Lines, a proven ability to handle complex accounts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
Proficiency in using Applied Epic, Epic Quotes, Indio, Fulcrum Proposals, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of business insurance accounts with professionalism and efficiency
Oversee the renewal process, including conducting coverage reviews and ensuring timely completion
Remarket accounts as needed, leveraging relationships with multiple carriers to secure optimal terms
Conduct thorough coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios
Utilize systems such as Applied Epic, Epic Quotes, Indio, Fulcrum Proposals, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products and services
