Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and dynamic team. This role involves managing a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized accounts, providing A-Z servicing, and cross-selling opportunities. Requirements

P&C license required
8-10 years of experience managing mid-to-large-sized commercial accounts.
Generalist experience is required; niche expertise is a plus.
Proficiency in EPIC software (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Driven and self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
Solid understanding of bonding and related processes.

Nice To Haves

CISR, CIC, CLCS, and CPCU preferred.
Relevant certifications and training are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized commercial accounts.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business (25% new, 75% renewal).
Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain organized and accurate records using agency management software (EPIC experience preferred).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
