About The Position

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a growing team. This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including condos, heavy construction, apartments, and flood insurance. Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management, preferably in a large agency setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC software and familiarity with large market accounts.
• Strong understanding of insurance products related to condos, heavy construction, apartments, and flood.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Stable and steady professional background with a proven track record of success in account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $5.8 million book of business, consisting of approximately 40 accounts with an average account size of $250,000.
• Provide exceptional client service, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Handle general servicing tasks, including renewals, endorsements, and policy reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure claims and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are processed efficiently.
• Quote new and renewal business, leveraging expertise in EPIC software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
