About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule after a 90-day training period, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote work.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly
  • Professional yet approachable demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, primarily in the hospitality sector (e.g., hotels, restaurants)
  • Handle the entire renewal process, including marketing renewal accounts
  • Collaborate with the marketing department for new accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Utilize Epic software for account management
  • Assist with certificates of insurance as needed (supported by a third-party service)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
