Requirements
- 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Proficient with Applied EPIC, MS Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Experience with small- to medium-sized accounts
Responsibilities
- Collaborates seamlessly with producers and administrative support teams.
- Provides expert assistance to clients on new and renewal business and policy modifications.
- Conducts thorough policy reviews and transaction processing.
- Manages client and company records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Executes follow-ups and updates on cancellation requests to ensure client satisfaction.
