About The Position
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an onsite position where you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, providing exceptional service and expertise.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts ($20k-$100k+ premium range).
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and ability to handle a diverse book of business.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, mature, and responsible demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a conservative, hardworking environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts from A-Z, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle a variety of accounts, including construction, manufacturing, operations, auto dealers, banks, hospitals, restaurants, and utility companies.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' insurance needs.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver seamless service.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the agency's high standards of service.
