Requirements

• General Insurance License Level 2, or currently pursuing
• 3+ years of insurance related experience
• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
• Drive and motivation for personal growth
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
• Follow renewal process, ready documents for Strategy meetings
• Strategy agenda, update Statement of Values, equipment lists, summaries of insurance
• Make timely renewal calls as required for existing client business
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters, including collecting payments
• Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
• Provide advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverages
• Resolve client concerns
• Develop existing client accounts
