Requirements
- 3+ years of dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, managing Workers’ Compensation commercial accounts
- Property & Casualty License
- Knowledge of complex insurance terminology, concepts, and Workers' Compensation coverages and servicing
- Proficiency with Insurance Agency Management Systems
- Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact, offering support and expertise on complex commercial insurance needs.
- Own the entire policy lifecycle, including processing binders, endorsements, and critical certificates.
- Ensure proper file documentation, data integrity, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Deliver knowledgeable solutions that translate into quantifiable client value.
- Partner effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Create strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
