About The Position

To assist the Agency and Producer in the processing of Insurance. To provide service to our customers and keep them informed about their coverage. Provide technical support to Producers. Seek referrals for prospective clients. Help the Agency reach business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance.
• Hold an insurance license in the states of Tennessee and/or Georgia.
• The ability to work efficiently and accurately in an agency management software system.
• Responsible for handling an established book of business as well as assist with the placement of new business.
• Team oriented and has the ability to work with other staff on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining at least a 90% retention rate.
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims and billing efficiently.
