Requirements

Must possess a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in AMS360 or similar insurance agency management system.
Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their unique insurance needs.
Expertly handle all aspects of policy administration, including processing endorsements, renewals, and new business applications with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and policy details in our AMS360 system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
