Requirements

  • Must have an active Insurance License
  • Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Experience
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, analyze and prioritize information when working with producers, company, and agency personnel.
  • Must be a team player

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage new client submissions, applications, renewals, endorsements, and audits.
  • Lead Biltmore's efforts to provide best in class client service by being the subject matter expert on insurance coverages.
  • Collect insurer quotes, negotiate rates, order loss runs, and provide analysis.
  • Manage a book of business.
  • Responsible for renewals, including binders, invoicing, premium financing as needed.
  • Receive insurance policies and review for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
  • Cross sell.
  • Support producers selling new commercial lines of business.
  • Respond to the client's needs.
  • Assist clients in reporting claims to carriers.
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
