About The Position

Established agency seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Account Executive. This role involves managing a book of business, servicing accounts, and working with clients and sales staff to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.

Requirements

P&C licensed
10+ Years working with middle market accounts in agency environment
Ability to meet/w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies
Must be organized
Ability to delegate workflow
Ability to multi task
Strong math & technical skills

Responsibilities

Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
Advise and consult with clients regarding their insurance coverages
Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines
Service and monitor account activity
Call existing insured to compliment or “round out” personal accounts
Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business
Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Commercial Lines
Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations
Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing
Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors
Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business
