About The Position

Stones River Electric is seeking a Commercial Lighting Bucket Electrician to support its national operations. The role involves commercial lighting and bucket truck work across retail, office, industrial, and hospitality facilities. The electrician diagnoses lighting and electrical issues, performs service, repairs, maintenance, and retrofits, and operates and maintains a bucket truck. The position requires safe, efficient work, independent field performance, and travel based on project needs, including out-of-town and overnight stays. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Requirements

At least 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
Experience operating and maintaining a bucket truck.
Experience with commercial lighting systems and repairs.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including overnight stays.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field workload.
Comfort using basic technology, such as an iPad.
Good communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Must pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Basic hand tools, including a meter, pliers, wire strippers, and tape measure.

Experience with equipment hauling.
