About The Position

Stones River Electric is seeking a skilled Commercial Lighting Bucket Electrician to support its growing national operations. This role requires an experienced electrician proficient in commercial lighting and bucket truck operations. The electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing service, repair, and maintenance in various commercial settings such as retail, office, industrial, and hospitality facilities. Key duties include diagnosing and repairing lighting and electrical issues, performing retrofits, operating and maintaining a bucket truck, and ensuring all work is conducted safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-sufficient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This position involves travel for projects, including out-of-town assignments and overnight stays.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial electrical experience
Experience operating and maintaining a bucket truck
Experience with commercial lighting systems and repairs
Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including overnight stays
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload in the field
Comfortable using basic technology (iPad, etc.)
Good communication skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR

Experience with equipment hauling preferred
