As a Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the health of our commercial loan portfolio — analyzing financials, monitoring performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance — all while partnering closely with relationship managers to provide exceptional client support. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a directly related field AND 2-4 years of experience as a portfolio manager and/or credit analyst with exposure to financial statement analysis and accounting.
  • Familiarity with the DNA banking system and Moody’s Credit Lens credit spreading software is a plus OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring assigned commercial loan portfolios for maturities, covenant compliance, renewals, and modifications.
  • Supporting credit analysis by reviewing financial statements, preparing loan reviews, and contributing to new loan requests and renewals.
  • Coordinating loan actions such as payoffs, covenant waivers, and modification approvals with internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborating with relationship managers to support clients, gather documentation, attend meetings and site visits, and ensure relationship data is accurate.
  • Managing risk and performance tracking, including delinquency reports, watch memos, and documentation exceptions.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal credit policy and regulatory requirements across all portfolio activities.
  • Contributing to process improvements and participating in ongoing training to expand your commercial lending knowledge.
