Credit process management is a critical component of the job. Performance will be measured by effectiveness in marketing areas such as calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, relationship building, and contributing to the long-term growth of the franchise. The role involves seeking opportunities to cross-sell and anticipate future client needs.
