The primary role of this position is to grow and retain profitable relationships by focusing on the delivery of value-added solutions to clients and prospects. The Commercial Lender will be a fully experienced and qualified relationship manager capable of independent activity, possessing proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution skills. Credit process management is a critical component of the job. Performance will be measured by effectiveness in marketing areas such as calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, ability to build successful relationships, and contribution to the long-term growth of the franchise. The role involves seeking opportunities to cross-sell into every relationship and anticipating future client needs.
