Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape management
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
  • Understand how to manage crews, schedules, and budgets—while keeping quality and safety top of mind.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S., 21+ years old, and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships through monthly walkthroughs, proactive communication, and on-site quality control.
  • Direct daily field operations, including scheduling, routing, and managing crews.
  • Deliver excellence by ensuring services meet contract scope and financial goals.
  • Drive growth through enhancement proposals, irrigation management, and upselling additional services.
  • Mentor and manage your team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Lead site audits and branch meetings, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Champion safety, maintaining a secure and productive work environment at all times.
