About The Position

The Master’s Lawn & Pest is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join their team in North Florida. This full-time position focuses on leading client relationships, conducting property quality audits, and driving portfolio growth through landscape enhancements. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial property management, landscape quality, and client retention. The company has been providing high-end landscape maintenance, irrigation, and turf solutions for over 20 years.

Requirements

Valid FL Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
2–5+ years in commercial landscaping, turf management, irrigation, or outdoor service account management.
Experience managing commercial accounts.
Experience meeting sales/upsell goals ($200K+ in annual enhancements).
Experience conducting property site audits.
Proficient with CRM software (Aspire experience is a major plus!).
Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with property managers, HOA boards, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Build deep, trusting relationships with commercial property managers and HOA boards.
Conduct scheduled property site walks (logged in Aspire CRM) to catch landscape, irrigation, or pest issues before the client notices.
Identify property improvement opportunities and present prompt, accurate enhancement proposals (mulch overhauls, plant upgrades, irrigation fixes).
Hit annual growth targets ($200K in landscape enhancements and $100K in new service contracts).
Work closely with branch managers, service coordinators, and crew leaders to ensure job-site quality matches client expectations.
Support client communication during service adjustments or billing inquiries.
