About The Position

A-Tech Commercial Parts and Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Technicians. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems, ice machines, walk-in coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles, and HVAC units. The position offers a sign-on bonus for experienced technicians and competitive pay.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
EPA Universal Certification
Experience servicing commercial cooking equipment
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic
Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
Driving record must align with our safety standards
Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance
Delivering outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff
Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call shifts
Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts
Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders
Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
