About The Position

FESCO is looking for experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians to join our Knoxville team! If you have a background in commercial kitchen equipment or a related trade, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work while continuing to grow your expertise. As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, you'll be the face of FESCO in the field, helping our customers keep their businesses running. You will work with a wide variety of commercial food service equipment, including Ovens, Fryers, Steamers, Warmers, Dishwashers, Grills & More.

Requirements

• Previous experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company safety standards
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales
• Order parts and complete service paperwork
• Maintain your service vehicle
• Participating in an on-call rotation and ongoing training
