The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who can keep commercial kitchens operational and is recognized as a go-to expert. This role involves hands-on work with equipment such as fryers, ovens, steamers, and ranges, requiring professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. The position also includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a company vehicle, managing parts orders, and completing necessary paperwork and training. Ace Service Company, established in 1947, is known for service excellence in commercial cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, ware-washing, and ice machine repair and maintenance across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Southern New Hampshire. They pride themselves on having 100% self-performing, factory-trained, and CFESA certified technicians, offering 24/7 service with well-stocked trucks to ensure quick repairs.
Requirements
- Experience servicing commercial cooking equipment
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
- Driving record must align with our safety standards

- Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
