About The Position

General Parts Group is one of the largest Foodservice Equipment Support companies in the US, with an award-winning service department supporting a field service force of over 200 technicians across 26 states. We are seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians to service and repair restaurant equipment at customer locations including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens. Our technicians are encouraged to pursue CFESA training certifications, and many hold a ‘Master Certification’ designation. We are employee-oriented, with a high employee retention rate and continuous investment in training.

Requirements

• Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA certification required for refrigeration techs
• Ability to work independently in the field

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills)
• Experience in Commercial refrigeration (walk-ins, ice machines, reach-ins)
• Experience in both cooking and refrigeration equipment (combo technicians)

Responsibilities

• Service and repair restaurant equipment at customer locations including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens.
