About The Position

FESCO is looking for experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians to join their Nashville team. This role involves servicing commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to emergency service calls. The position requires excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to maintain a service vehicle. Technicians will also participate in an on-call rotation and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Previous experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company safety standards
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales
• Order parts and complete service paperwork
• Maintain your service vehicle
• Participating in an on-call rotation and ongoing training
