Requirements

Experience servicing commercial cooking equipment
Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Professional appearance and attitude
Must be 18 years of age
Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
Driving record must align with our safety standards

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
Delivering top-tier service with professionalism and respect
Managing service calls efficiently and accurately
Communicating clearly with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales teams
Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
Identifying new business opportunities while on the job
Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts orders
Completing paperwork and attending training sessions
Tackling other tasks assigned by your manager
