This is a full-time, regular, non-exempt (hourly) position for a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician. The role involves partnering with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment. The technician will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read diagrams and schematics. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, communicating with manufacturers, consulting with the Technical Assistance Group, installing parts, promoting other services, producing administrative documents, following safe work practices, and maintaining a neat service vehicle and inventory.
