About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Hot Side Service Technician to join our team. As a Hot Side Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers. We know breakdowns don’t always occur at the most convenient times. So no matter when our customers find themselves in need of service, the Pro-Serv team will be there. Our experienced staff has the knowledge and skill set to get any commercial kitchen job done quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Hot Side Service Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete service calls and projects.
Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment.
