About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Hot Side Service Technician to join our team. As a Hot Side Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Hot Side Service Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete service calls and projects.
  • Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment.
