About The Position

Skillforce is seeking Arkansas Licensed Journeyman Plumbers for a long-term contract position in West Memphis, AR. This role involves working on a new commercial addition with a respected commercial mechanical contractor. The position offers steady hours, with up to 60 hours per week, and a consistent work environment. The pay rate is up to $38 per hour, depending on experience and license, with a per diem of $125/day for those who qualify.

Requirements

• Valid Arkansas (or reciprocated licensed) Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Install and repair sewer piping systems
• Run and secure domestic water lines
• Set up and vent plumbing systems according to code
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
