About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in or around Detroit, MI. This is a first shift opportunity with a prevailing wage of $70/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Valid Michigan State Journeyman Plumbing License
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Previous commercial plumbing experience
- Ability to perform rough-in, trim-out, and finish plumbing work
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Perform in-wall rough-in through finish commercial plumbing work
- Install plumbing fixtures and piping systems
- Install pipe supports and hangers
- Drill or cut holes in walls and floors for pipe installation
- Dig trenches for underground piping as required
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Ensure all installations meet applicable plumbing codes and project requirements
- Perform additional plumbing duties as directed
- Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards
