About The Position

Rinvio is hiring Commercial Journeyman Electricians for project-based electrical work in the Leesburg, Virginia area. This is a full-time contract position with overtime potentially varying by site needs. The role involves installing commercial electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, and related equipment. Responsibilities also include bending and routing conduit, pulling wire, terminating devices, troubleshooting circuits, and reading various project documents. Candidates should be able to work with limited supervision and communicate effectively with their supervisor regarding progress and any issues.

Requirements

• Journeyman-level commercial electrical experience
• Strong conduit bending, layout, wire pulling, terminations, and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work from prints and complete quality installations with limited supervision
• Reliable transportation to the Leesburg/Northern Virginia job area
• Own basic electrical hand tools and PPE
• Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on active commercial sites

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10/30 preferred

Responsibilities

• Install commercial electrical systems including conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, and related equipment
• Bend and route EMT/rigid conduit and support clean rough-in and finish work
• Pull wire, terminate devices/equipment, troubleshoot circuits, and support energization tasks
• Read drawings, layout information, panel schedules, and field instructions accurately
• Communicate clearly with supervision regarding progress, material needs, and field issues
