As a Commercial Janitorial Supervisor, you’ll be an essential leader in our mission, ensuring our team delivers the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Requires driving a company vehicle - so must have valid drivers license, clean driving record and background plus pass a drug test.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- English proficiency is required.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must pass drug test & background check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Organize employee shifts, assign tasks, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Teach team members ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence.
- Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.
- Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect your team.
