Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial irrigation installation and repair
- Proficiency with irrigation controllers, valves, backflow preventers, and related components
- Knowledge of local Phoenix/Arizona water regulations and conservation practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and physically demanding conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial irrigation systems including drip, spray, and rotor systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation malfunctions, leaks, and controller issues
- Program and adjust smart irrigation controllers and timers for optimal water efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial irrigation systems
- Coordinate with landscape and turf management teams to ensure proper coverage and scheduling
- Document service work, parts used, and system conditions for client records
- Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner
