About The Position

The Perrigo Aspire Commercial Internship Program - Marketing Summer 2027 offers undergraduate students the opportunity to learn, grow, and aspire for greatness within Perrigo's dynamic marketing teams. This 14-week paid internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in driving initiatives that create customer value and contribute to sales goals. Interns will work alongside dedicated category teams on challenging projects, enhancing their technical, communication, and leadership skills. The program aims to immerse participants in the Perrigo company culture, policies, and practices, serving as a bridge to their future greatness.

Requirements

Undergraduate student majoring in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Junior or senior standing preferred.
Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and engage professionally with leadership at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more strategic projects and present final project(s) to executive leadership.
Dive into market research and industry data to validate trends, consumer preferences, and competitive advantages.
Spearhead new product innovations and category strategies rooted in consumer insights and sales data.
Support customer and consumer marketing, outreach, and planning.
Recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales support, supply chain, innovation, manufacturing, finance, design, eCommerce, and consumer insights.
Set performance goals, define learning objectives, and meet project deadlines with guidance from a supervisor and mentor.
Immerse yourself in company-sponsored training and intern events focused on marketing, sales, and personal development.
Absorb the Perrigo company culture, policies, and practices.
