Requirements

Active property & casualty insurance license
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a producer
Proven track record of sales performance and results
Experience in B2B sales and relationship development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates from outside Indiana

Responsibilities

Build and grow a commercial insurance book of business
Prospect and develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Identify risk exposures and design tailored insurance solutions
Maintain consistent pipeline activity through outbound prospecting and referrals
Track performance metrics and manage your sales activity daily
Collaborate with the PRM team to retain and expand client relationships
