About The Position
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic and growing team.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including real estate, manufacturing, technology, and construction sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Family-oriented, go-getter, self-starter, team player.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with insurance software and tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on insurance options, assess their unique needs, and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and policy renewals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims processors, and customer support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to offer clients the most up-to-date advice and solutions.
